Inauguriamo con gioia oggi, primo giorno di Primavera, INIZIO STAGIONE una nuova rubrica a cura di Rachel Roddy. Autrice attenta alla cultura materiale, è inglese e vive a Roma dove perlustra i mercati e scrive di cucina per il Guardian che ospita la sua rubrica settimanale “A kitchen in Rome”. Ad ogni tocco di stagione, ci porterà sulla soglia di equinozi e solstizi, con il lo sguardo rivolto ai prodotti della terra, alle loro storie e alla cultura che li traduce in beni comuni da condividere a tavola.
